These terms cover the Neat Geeks OS text messaging program and your use of neatgeeksos.com. Neat Geeks OS is a brand of Neat Geeks Group Inc. (“Neat Geeks OS,” “we,” “us”).

Text Messaging Terms

Program: Neat Geeks OS text messages, operated by Neat Geeks Group Inc.

1. What we send. Money Finder Scan scheduling and status updates, findings-ready notices and appointment reminders, account notifications for our software, and replies to your support questions.
2. How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on the sign-up form or the contact form at neatgeeksos.com and submitting the form. The box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency varies.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless carrier about your plan.
5. To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages. To start again, reply START.
6. For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@neatgeeksos.com or call (954) 218-3034.
7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility. The program is for US mobile numbers. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission.
9. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes. We may change or end the program. We will update these terms when we do.

Website Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms. By using neatgeeksos.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the site. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy it in bulk.
3. The free Money Finder Scan. The scan is free. Findings are estimates based on the data you provide and what we can verify from it. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee any result.
4. Examples on the site. Dollar figures, names and messages on the site and in our video describe example businesses. They show what our findings look like, not results from a specific client.
5. Your data. When you share Business Data with us, you confirm you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Paid services. Paid services are governed by a separate written client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement controls.
7. Our content. The site, its design, text, graphics, video and software belong to Neat Geeks Group Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Neat Geeks OS and our logos are our trademarks.
8. No warranty. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Neat Geeks Group Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the free scan.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
11. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
