Neat Geeks OS is a brand of Neat Geeks Group Inc. (“Neat Geeks OS,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through neatgeeksos.com, the Neat Geeks OS software and services (including the free Money Finder Scan), and our email, phone and text message communications, and how we use, share and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, business name, mobile phone number and email address.
• Business details: the software your office runs, your number of locations, and anything you tell us through our contact form or by phone, email or text.
• Account information if you become a client, such as user names and team members you add.
• Billing information if you buy a paid service. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Business data you share with us

To run a Money Finder Scan or provide our services, you may share exports from, or read-only connections to, systems such as your field service software, CRM, phone system and ad accounts (“Business Data”). Business Data can include information about your jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, calls, marketing spend, customers and employees. We process Business Data on your behalf and under your instructions. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it with us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and similar usage information using cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use information

• Run your Money Finder Scan and deliver your findings.
• Provide, maintain and support our software and services.
• Schedule calls and communicate with you by email, phone and, if you opt in, text message.
• Answer your questions and requests.
• Protect the security of our services and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Improve our website, methods and services.
• Comply with the law.

We use Business Data only to provide the scan and services you request, to keep them secure, and as required by law. We may create aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot identify you, your customers or your employees, and use them to improve our methods.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the text message consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Neat Geeks OS at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include Money Finder Scan scheduling and status updates, findings-ready notices and appointment reminders, account notifications for our software, and replies to your support questions.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver our text messages and customer support, such as our messaging platform, only to provide those services to us. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that work for us, such as hosting, data storage, email, text messaging, scheduling, analytics and payment providers. They must protect it and may use it only to provide services to us.
• With systems you ask us to connect.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Neat Geeks OS.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, where the information stays subject to this policy.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above, except as stated in section 3.

5. How long we keep information

• If you request a free Money Finder Scan and do not continue, we delete the Business Data you shared after 30 days.
• For clients, we keep account information and Business Data while we provide services, then delete or return it as set out in your client agreement.
• We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs as long as needed to show we followed the law.
• We keep other information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including limiting access to people who need it. When you connect a system for a scan, we ask for read-only access. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us.
• Cookies: use your browser settings.
• Access, correction and deletion: email support@neatgeeksos.com to ask for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional privacy rights. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

If we process Business Data for a business you are a customer or employee of, please contact that business with your request. We will help them respond.

8. Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Other websites

Our website may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, if the changes are significant, tell you by email or on our website.
